Not only have we explored and implemented innovative techniques in the production of our mussels, but our expert marketing team have analysed consumer trends and developed a new way to package and present our product to the world.

Hī’s infused range uses a unique steaming method,

in which the bite-sized delicacies are steeped in flavoured oil, ensuring the mussels absorb the smoked flavour, without shrinking or becoming dried out.
Combined with the latest multivac technology, this new process creates succulent, plump and juicy mussels that are full of New Zealand-inspired flavours and provide a great source of iron, protein, and omega-3.

Our marinated product encapsulates the traditional method of flavouring mussels but is presented in a new way.

The new 395g family-sized bucket of marinated mussels speak to this intimate ritual, giving families around the world an opportunity to figuratively eat from the same plate, sharing the mussels that sustain them and give them life.
